Children from ethnic minorities face several challenges hindering their education such as difficulties in reaching school safely due to steep & slippery roads, poor access to clean water & inadequate sanitation facilities. The project aims to create a safe, inclusive & healthy learning environment through:

1/ Upgraded school infrastructure (Reparation of 2 roads leading to schools, new accessible toilets for boys, girls & children with disabilities, installation of water filtration & drainage systems in 2 schools to ensure drinking water)

2/ Enhanced hygiene practice and sexual/reproductive health (SRH) knowledge (Training of 40 teachers, contests organisation to collect students’ initiatives on hygiene practice & SRH, small funds for students to implement initiatives, mentorship from teachers & professionals).
