Since February 2022, more than 7.5 million Ukrainian children have been victims of the largest human displacement crisis in today's world, all exposed to violence, uncertainty & hopelessness. This programme targets orphans, abandoned & foster children (12-22 year-old), and provides mentors to needy youth in the places most affected by the war. It specifically helps youth understand their interests, strengths & weaknesses, develops essential life & soft skills, cultivates habits of healthy lifestyle, and widens vocational horizons through:

1/ Career development workshops, events with coaches & motivation speakers, professional trainings to develop skills & knowledge for successful employment, soft skills development (Money management, etc) & psychological support

2/ War trauma-informed care for youth & war trauma-informed counselling to Ukrainian child welfare professionals & non-profit partners.
