Railway Children is an international charity which improves the situation for children who run away from home or care in the UK, India and Africa and really makes a lasting difference to their lives. Reasons for running away from home in the UK include bullying, grooming and mental health issues.

Railway Children have developed an intervention framework for young people who are identified as having a safeguarding risk of being found on the rail network.
