This project's main goal is to empower 300 women to access job counseling, employment information and a job portal to reach quality  jobs through Talenti, which connects women seeking employment with employers paying for job posting.

Talenti is a programme by Mamo Pracuj, a local non-profit organisation, running a popular online platform for mothers who want to return to work after maternity leave and combine their career with their family life. Mamo Pracuj and NESstNGO have worked together in designing and planning Talenti, which will be the 1st online HR-agency dedicated to women in Poland, with a launch planned by end of  2021.
