This project focuses on slum-dwellers with no sustainable access to safe running water. Poor quality of electricity arrangements also often causing fires that can tear down entire neighborhoods. The project mainly proposes to:

1. Build new water networks in four slums
2. Provide legal, safe and affordable home water access adapted to the dweller’ habits (door-to-door payment, micro-billing)
3. Support hygiene program and its implementation (handwashing, personal hygiene, COVID-19)
4. Support firefighting, civil protection and community development programs

Sustainably improves the living conditions of populations in precarious urban areas of Cavite through a comprehensive approach based on water access, hygiene promotion and civil security.
