This NGO provides a vocational training in the digital sector to underprivileged young Filipinos, developing their employability & allowing them to escape poverty. In partnership with the University of San Carlos & local IT industry leaders, the project includes:
1/ Technical training (Practice of hard & software-related skills during 5 semesters)
2/ General & professional life skills (Communication, English, critical thinking, problem-solving, as well as awareness-raising on gender & environmental issues through Climate & Digital Fresks)
3/ Social support (Accommodation, food, medical care, extra-curricular activities)
4/ Guidance to employment (Internships & job search).
