The project aims to increase resilience capacities of 3 slums (North Lima) through women empowerment, environment improvement, circular economy & community organization:
- Train 15 women to develop 3 alleys in Los Jazmines, reinforce Vista Hermosa-Nueva Fortaleza’s main road, build walls in Cerrito de la Libertad, thereby improving safety, environment & economic independence
- Form women groups to develop green opportunities & circular economy (Banana tree used for handicraft, permaculture, recycling)
- Strengthen education & environmental awareness
- Monitor social situation of vulnerable families (Legal aid, retirement pension, etc).
