The Talentos para la Vida - Life Skills Ph3 programme helps develop the autonomy of disabled adolescents through vocational training. It includes workshops on behavioral improvement and skills development, followed by the specific vocational training. 

The programme is aimed at young people whose abilities will enable them to enter the labor market at a later stage and strengthen them as future micro-entrepreneurs.
