The project will improve educational conditions for pupils (6 - 15 years old) and teachers through access to electricity such as solar energy at Ouattafouekro school. It will allow for adapted learning materials including computers, video-projectors, as well as homework support sessions and literacy classes to adults in the evenings.

In addition light in the school latrines and outdoors will also improve safety. At least two persons will also be trained on basic maintenance and a Management Committee will ensure that failures, resolution and collecting funds to replace equipment in the long-term are guaranteed.
