This program promotes skills development, employability for refugee youth and thereby integration in local communities through launching a bespoke volunteering mentoring scheme. In partnership with the Milan-based International Economic Cooperation Institute (ICEI), activities will include trainings, online and offline sessions for young refugees and migrants on soft skills (communication & networking, teamwork, motivation & digital skills), and social and professional networking for job opportunities.
