The mission of this project is to empower 580 vulnerable migrant women (including gender-based violence survivors) to enhance their employability and socio-economic integration through tailored comprehensive support:

1/ Outreach (mobile team to conduct awareness-raising activities, develop innovative job orientation model & disseminate information)

2/ Set up of 5 mobile job desks to assess women skills & needs, job search, prepare interviews, attend job fairs, participate in companies' open days, training courses

3/ Professional training & soft skills courses in tailoring (2 per week over 4 months) & agriculture (128 hour-programme) with social enterprise. Italian language & digital courses also offered

4/ Job placements & orientation support (Internships)

5/ Psycho-social support

6/ Round tables & open days with local stakeholders to foster supportive network.
