"Mifne" is a holistic program working with chronically unemployed and underemployed female residents of Jerusalem who are in severe financial and personal distress. The program prepares its participants for success in the work world through a unique 12-month program that combines group workshops and personal mentoring, dealing with women's multiple and complex barriers on their way to employment and economic independence.
