This programme is for promising disadvantaged Arab & Jewish youth to acquire practical knowledge & soft skills in computer science, entrepreneurship & leadership. After pilot (2021), Phase 1 (2022) & Phase 2 (2023), the goal is to upgrade the course to the next stage:

1/ First Employment module - 50 participants (17-19 years old) during pre-army/higher education period to be trained & integrated into MEET/NGOs/start-up partners as coordinators, interns & teaching assistants, to gain valuable work experience

2/ Work-readiness & professional development course - 90 participants (over 20 years-old) including hackathons, workshops (CV writing, job interviews, online platforms), panel discussion on high-tech relevant topics, women-only activities in high-tech & leadership positions, networking events with professionals, mentoring (6 months) & internships (3 months)

3/ 1st Tech Conference - 100 participants, to forge key connections with the tech/business sectors & offer opportunities.
