The project aims to support women’s development across socio-economic, linguistic & geographic divides in East & West Jerusalem neighborhoods. The NGO will train 100 under-skilled & under-employed Arab & Jewish women residing in East & West Jerusalem to create dozens of small & micro-enterprises through:

• Recruitment & selection
• Groundwork towards bilingual & bicultural space
• Entrepreneurship & business development training
• Joint sessiond of Arab & Jewish businesswomen
• Personalised mentoring
• Professional field trips
• Final graduation event.

The program will be assessed according to the following axes: 

• Improvement of women economic situation
• Building trust to strengthen life together in Jerusalem.
