Following the first pilot project with the Alstom Foundation in 2021, the partner NGO will implement a professional development course to build capacities of young Israelis & Palestinians (15-17y) in computer science, social entrepreneurship & leadership through: 1/ 50 participants to take part in group activities consisting of 4 workshops on practical tools, a panel on trends & hot topics in the high-tech sphere, 2 women-only activities to encourage them in their careers, 2 networking events with industry professionals 2/ 30 participants to take part in individual mentoring & internship opportunities focusing on business plan development, marketing strategy development, product management & coding challenges. The goal is to improve employability & give a much-needed boost in launching careers.
