For many years, this NGO has developed a unique & replicable learning program through its Training & Development Center in the slum of DJ Halli, providing soft & life skills, personal development & professional inclusion. This project plans to empower 72 young women (17-24y) determined to escape the poverty circle thanks to an entrepreneurial training (6 months + 3 month-integration) focused on the acquisition of professional know-how & key employability skills (Project management, deadlines, conflict management, team management, etc) through the development of a micro-activity serving the local community. Training also includes digital skills & professional exposure (Company visits, job interview simulation sessions, testimonies, etc).
