France: Professional integration of women from precarious neighborhoods into jobs in the tech sector

This professional integration programme includes technical and soft skills for disadvantaged women of Seine-Saint-Denis to develop sustainable employment. It enables them to re-train for jobs in cybersecurity, linking women in need of qualifications & employment with tech companies that are struggling to locally recruit & diversify. The project includes:

1/ Outreach with a series of workshops offered to 72 women to raise awareness on digital opportunities & deconstruct stereotypes surrounding digital professions & industry

2/ Detection phase through bootcamps (1 week), allowing 60 women to test their interest in a digital profession (Software developer, cybersecurity analyst, cloud-CRM consultant)

3/ Intensive 6-month technical training during which 32 women perceive social benefits (salary, childcare costs covered)

4/ Mandatory 6-month practical internship in a company paying more than 1200 EUR
