Fleurs d'Halage is a flower-growing project on 5,800 m2 of land on the island of L'Île-Saint-Denis, neighbouring Saint-Ouen in France. This activity offers an occupational integration programme to unemployed people.
The main project objective is to tackle urban poverty on Plaine Commune Territory by enhancing natural and human resources within the framework of a “Public-Private-Population Partnership.” The project team aims to build a greenhouse and an irrigation system; as well as to provide gardening tools.
