Children of the Department do not have much exposure to the natural world. This project aims to address that by supporting an environmental education programme (Eco-College), focused on biodiversity and implemented across 50 educational establishments across the Department. It will include method development, provision of educational tools, teacher training, creation of biodiversity spaces, training in beekeeping and organisation of the Eco-College seminar.
