Mentoring program allowing a young job seeker (18-33) with an immigrant background or refugee (mentee) to benefit from the support and guidance of a volunteer aged 50+ (mentor) in finding a job. Each “duo” follows a precise methodology and is supervised for advice and liaison with other social services when needed.  

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the challenge is now to offer a digital alternative to the program to improve the learning experience and widen the access to the resources through digital tools to cover information sessions, trainings and mentoring.
