The Inundaule project initiated a flood risk management plan by encouraging crop diversification to help small rice producers. A total of 250 rice-producing families were supported to enhance their income by using a sustainable agro-ecological model and 250 agro-ecological kits were distributed and special trainers aided the ecological transition.

Construction of a farmers resilient system was developed through studying best practices and strategies for implementation by the state.
