Not far from the Alstom office in Santiago, Chile, the Alstom Foundation will fund a Chilean NGO's project to provide vocational and technical training to 30 students from 14-18 years old in a school located in a disadvantaged area of Santiago. The selected school, which presents a high vulnerability index (about 70%, are from a very low socioeconomic level), will benefit from training with a technical, industrial and/or commercial specialization related to Alstom expertise. The project includes corporate volunteering by Alstom Team members.
