Address gender issues in technical-vocational education with schools & professional actors through:

1/ Vocational orientation with a gender perspective

1.1/ Training & awareness-raising workshops

1.2/ Development of vocational orientation & life project plan between Alstom & schools

1.3/ Talks by Alstom workers to high school students to support technical-vocational specialty

1.4/ "Alstom Challenge" (Contest) - Female students to solve an Alstom case study

2/ Accompaniment model to professional practices for female students under the guidance of Alstom mentors (Training of Alstom female employees in mentoring program, life project orientation & internship support)

3/ Network of student leaders to promote gender approach in their schools (Gender Committees to promote initiatives associated with reducing gender gaps).
