This project aims to find renewable energy sources for micro-enterprise development and improve multi-energy productive stove developed by NGO GERES, enabling fuelwood savings. GERES will work with local communities to assess their biomass resource for renewable fuel supply for these stoves.
In addition, selected communities will also be engaged in reforestation and agroforestry activities to supply renewable fuels for small scale food processing industries.
