Brazil: Virtual reality for inclusion phase 2

This project promotes professional inclusion of people with disabilities through technical support & guidance to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace. After Phase 1 which focused on mobility from home to work (Directions, physical accessibility, safety instructions, etc), Phase 2 proposes to deepen the Virtual Reality (VR) experience & create a new module with new situations:

1/ Expansion to include transfers within the subway network, enhancing users' navigation skills & familiarity with complex transit systems

2/ Acquisition of 2 pairs of glasses & 2 backup battery chargers (For uninterrupted access to the VR experience)

3/ Training of 900 individuals on essential skills for navigating real-world transit scenarios

4/ Successful inclusion of 375 individuals into the job market following VR training completion. AF funds used to select supplier for VR development, purchase new equipment, test for feedback on overall experience & train.
