Project aimed at young people who are neither in education nor in employment (so called NEET people) in Vila Prudente favela where youth (15-29y) are facing high unemployment rates, low wages & general uncertainty for the future. Goal to enter into a more mature project phase:

/ Carry on with different parts of the program (Hard skills training, digital & financial literacy, soft skills development, behavioral workshops & interviews simulation, mentoring, company visits)

/ Support & incentivise entrepreneurship through incubator (Workshops for financial & administrative literacy, building competencies for young entrepreneurs)

/ Give students a clear understanding of the employability pathway (Communication strategy to help students comprehend their employability journey, facilitating the professional integration through network)

/ Assess program impact after several years of operation.
