7.1 million young people (14-24 years old) were not employed nor enrolled in education in 2023 (60% women & 68% black or brown) while 36.5% of Brazilians (19 years old) did not complete high school due to varying factors (lack of interest, early pregnancy, etc). This project aims to foster the economic inclusion of 220 young people (15-19 years old) in the largest favela of São Paulo (Jaguaré):

1/ Education with in-person activities through workshops including design thinking, life projects, support sessions (Maths, Portuguese, English), employability & soft skills (creativity, teamwork, communication, proactivity, etc)

2/ Vocational course & mentoring with experienced professionals, with an access to an educational platform to develop soft skills, English proficiency, & other competences

3/ Final stage - connection to job opportunities through partner companies.
